- We will transparently communicate intentions, scope, and risks to ensure all expectations are clearly defined and gaps are addressed quickly.
- We will efficiently leverage client resources to minimize waste.
- We will assign capable professionals that contribute a clear value to client engagements.
- We will solve for sustainability, even if that means helping clients onboard the correct talent.
- We understand that transformation projects have a significant impact on people, and will operate professionalism and compassion.
- If we, at any point, are unable to deliver an engagement due to conflicts with this policy, we will assist with identifying, screening, and transferring the engagement to a successor.
Client Commitment

- Our organization acknowledges that we are seeking outside professionals to optimize business strategy, and accepts that recommendations and feedback are made with our success in mind.

- Our organization acknowledges that Llama Consulting does not cut corners, leverage third party partnerships, or push ‘offerings’, and that solutions will be designed for best fit after reviewing requirements.
